Booking & Payment
I understand that full payment in advance confirms my place. The booking deposit and final payment are non-refundable to secure the limited spaces and arrangements made exclusively for this cohort.

Travel & Logistics
I acknowledge that flights to and from Skardu are subject to weather and operational conditions. While our team will provide full concierge support, the organizers cannot be held responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or luggage theft .

Attendance
I understand the importance of punctuality for the group experience. If I am unable to join the retreat on the designated departure date, or if I miss my scheduled flight due to any reasons, my booking will be considered a no-show. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided.

Care & Conduct
I commit to participating with respect for fellow guests and the the local culture. My wellbeing and the wellbeing of the group is a shared priority.
